Warranty conditions
All products are under the warranty of the manufacturers unless stated otherwise. In order for the warranty conditions to be valid, be sure to check the product during cargo delivery. If you see any damage, make a report and do not accept the product. Changes made to the product, deformation of the product, or damage to the original design of the product are not covered by the warranty.
Product Return Conditions
BUYER; In distance contracts for the sale of goods, the right to withdraw from the contract can be exercised by rejecting the goods within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product (Except for Concert and Event Tickets) to the person/organization at the address indicated, without assuming any legal or criminal liability and without giving any justification. In distance contracts for service provision, this period starts on the date the contract is signed. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in service contracts where the performance of the service begins with the approval of the consumer before the right of withdrawal expires. Expenses arising from the exercise of the right of withdrawal belong to the SELLER.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, written notification must be made to the SELLER by registered mail, fax or e-mail within 14 days and the product must be unused/unpackaged. If this right is exercised:
a) The invoice of the product delivered to the 3rd party or the BUYER, (If the invoice of the product to be returned is corporate, it must be sent together with the return invoice issued by the institution when returning it. Order returns whose invoice is issued in the name of institutions are not issued RETURN INVOICE Otherwise, it cannot be completed.)
b) The products to be returned must be delivered complete and undamaged, together with their box, packaging and standard accessories, if any.
c) The SELLER is obliged to return the total price and the documents that put the buyer into debt to the BUYER within a period of 10 days at the latest after receiving the notice of withdrawal, and to return the goods within 20 days.
d) If there is a decrease in the value of the goods due to a reason caused by the BUYER's fault or if the return becomes impossible, the BUYER is obliged to compensate the SELLER's damages in proportion to the fault.
e) If the campaign limit amount set by the SELLER falls below due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the discount amount used within the scope of the campaign will be cancelled.
f) The shipping cost paid when sending the returned product back to the SELLER due to the right of withdrawal will be covered by the SELLER for domestic orders and the BUYER for international orders.
g) The SELLER does not refund the shipping fee collected from the BUYER when selling the product.
Products for which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised
Goods prepared in line with the BUYER's wishes or clearly his personal needs, which are not suitable for return due to their nature and are in danger of rapid deterioration or are likely to expire, and provided that the packaging has been opened by the BUYER; It is not possible to return food, audio or video recordings, software programs and computer consumables due to the Regulation.
